What is involved in raising a litter of puppies? This is a question I am asked quite often. It is certainly a task that should not be taken lightly. The cuddly little puppy dog is going to be a mature one day soon and make an impact on many lives and you people want that impact was positive. I think the first thing you should look at when you started thinking about having a litter of puppies is the genetic merit of their father and their prey. You want to be sure you're healthy going into the genetic makeup. To do so you must be sure that both parents are free of any genetic fault that can afflict particular caste. Furthermore, both parents must display very stable temperaments. Once you have determined that both parents are healthy and have their dogs with success, the real work begins to breed dogs.
